Once the item is received at our Delivery center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in the wallets from where it was deducted

Return policy:

i. The role of Hopestake is to provide it's customers any plot from any society at a discount or equal rates weather on cash or installment, after that customer is free from Hopestake.

ii. Once you have purchased the property product from any society through Hopestake, than after delivering plot file/ docs Hopestake don’t take any responsibility of that product against the rules of society.

iii. Hopestake make your direct link with society or society owners.

Company provides your desired property from desired society on easy installments and easy terms and conditions along with a lot of benefits.

iv. We only provide product related services to our honorable customers.

v. We give a business opportunity by providing a free online business account to our customers.

vi. Company's main objective is to provide best quality products to it's customers, elevation of poverty and to save people from fraud by providing fraud protection.

(b) About Smart Bundles:

i. RETURN: We have a return policy which offers our client’s money back within 30 days of purchasing. On return of Smart & Corporate products, 25% deduction will be applied and remaining amount (-25% each wallet) will be credited to same wallet from which it was deducted. During any Promo, No Return will be applicable from start date to end date of promotion. Return policy is applicable only on company's own brand products. Following conditions apply:

a) Product must be unworn, unused, unaltered, undamaged and unwashed.

b) Product must have all tags, accessories and paper work.

c) Product box must be in its original condition.

ii. EXCHANGE: On exchange of product within first week of purchasing, service charges will be applied. You can exchange your products in same price and same category after paying applied charges. Service/ other applicable charges on every product in the store are mentioned by the company in product description.

Note: No Return will be applicable from start date to end date of any promotion.

iii. INSURANCE:

On the purchase of leather product (Hopestake own brands), the company gives you a 5-years Free-of-Cost (FOC) insurance, within which you have the opportunity to return your used product and get a new product in lieu.

To avail this facility, following terms and conditions are applied:

a) All applicable government taxes including GST @ 18% (unless the %age is changed by the government) are to be paid.

b) Service charges applicable to this product are to be paid.

c) You can take other design of this products from the same family as your product's family.

d) If the price of the product has changed at the time of insurance claim, the price difference has to be paid.

e) The packaging and other accessories of this product will not be provided with the product issued against this insurance.

(c) About Corporate Products:

i. Corporate products contains products of different categories which include various type of brands and all type of real-estate products.

ii. Company is responsible to accept claim of IBOs for those corporate products which are company's Own Brands (For example leather, property, garments and sports etc) or those products which are owned by Hopestake.

iii. When you will return any product of company's brand except tax and service charges @25% amount of product will be deducted.

iv. Responsibility of claim of corporate products which are owned by companies other than Hopestake or Real Estate products lies on respective brand owners or respective society owners as per their policy.

(d) About Regular Products:

Return policy is applicable only on company's own brand products. As all the customers and IBOs purchase their basic necessities from big stores or shopping malls of their own choice which are attached with our company and they pay money to respective stores and shopping malls. If anyone want to return regular products then he will have to follow and accept terms and conditions of the concerned merchant.
