Sella Rice, also known as Parboiled Rice, undergoes a unique double-steaming process before milling. This process involves soaking the paddy rice in water, parboiling it, and then steaming it again to allow the nutrients to penetrate the grain. The result is partially cooked rice that is rich in nutrients and retains a firmer texture when cooked.
