Our food product (Pomegranate Seed) is collected from Gilgit-Baltistan and processed by the local residents & preserved by us, which is trading @ Pkr. 800/Kg to Pkr. 2000/Kg approx. and above.

Food Product (Pomegranate Seed) Characteristics

We are providing best quality material for preservation of all food products. Our Quality Assurance (QA) team keep close eye and monitoring during all the process i.e. preservation/ packaging or storing/ stocking. Keeping in view the required standards. Pomegranate Seed primary components are:

Bits of pomegranate pulp remain on the seeds as they dry, so the slightly sticky seeds with a fruity, mildly sweet and tangy taste are used as a souring agent.

These seeds are separated from the pomegranate fruit and dried in a dehydrator or in a sunlight for later use.

They are dried but little sticky in nature. Its flavor is almost like tamarind and infused with natural pomegranate taste.

They are red brown in color, slightly crunchy and hard.

They are rich in vitamin C, pomegranates are a powerhouse of nutrition.

It is a popular ingredient in trail mixes, grenadine syrup, sauces, granola bars and salad dressings and are highly used in Indian and Iranian cooking.

The aroma evolves from the presence of dozens of volatiles, including alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, and terpenes, which provide a mixture of various 'green', 'woody', 'earthy', 'fruity', 'floral', 'sweet' and 'musty' notes.
