This natural product is collected directly from the trees/ jungle by the local residents with the help of our Quality Assurance (QA) team keeping in view the best standards and SOPs.

Honey is a sweet, viscous substance produced by bees from the nectar of flowers. It's important to note that the exact composition of honey can vary depending on its floral source, geographic region, and processing methods. Honey is known for its natural sweetness and has been used for its potential health benefits for centuries. However, it should be consumed in moderation due to its high sugar content. Our food product Hopney – Smallish Bee is rarely available/ produced which effect the costing factor.

Our food product (hopney-smallish bee) is collected from Himalayas Kala Chitta (Attock) region and is processed by the local producer and trading @ Pkr. 10000/Kg to Pkr. 20000/Kg approx. and above.

Food Product (Hopney-Special Honey) Characteristics

We are providing best quality material for preservation s of all food products. Our Quality Assurance (QA) team keep close eye and monitoring during all the process i.e. filling/ packaging or storing/ stocking keeping in view the required standards. The Hopney (smallish bee) primary components are:

Honey is mainly composed of two types of sugars i.e. glucose and fructose.

Sugars make up about 70-80% of its total content.

Typically, honey contains about 17-20% water, although this can vary depending on factors like the type of flowers the bees gather nectar from.

To care for honey properly, store it in a cool & dry place in an airtight container.

Airtight container will help, prevent oxidation and maintain its freshness.

keep your natural products out of direct sunlight/ sources of excessive heat.

Overheating will cause the natural sugars to caramelize changing the colour and flavour of the honey.

Honey doesn't need to be refrigerated.

Over the time, honey may crystallize, but you can gently heat it in warm water to return it to its liquid state.

Use clean, dry utensils to avoid introducing moisture, which can promote fermentation.

Honey contains sugar and should be used in moderate amounts. Using large amounts of honey might raise the blood sugar levels in patients with type 2 diabetes.

Avoid using honey in infants under 12 months of age. It is possibly unsafe when taken by mouth by children under 12 months of age. Therefore, honey should be used cautiously.
