Our food product (Black Chickpeas) is collected from Thal, Punjab and processed by the local residents & preserved by us, which is trading @ Pkr. 250/Kg to Pkr. 400/Kg approx. and above.

Rinsing: Before cooking, rinse the pulses under cold water to remove any impurities, debris, or excess starch.

Soaking (Optional): While not necessary, some people choose to soak pulses for a few hours before cooking. This can reduce cooking time and enhance the beans' texture.

Cooking Ratio: Follow the recommended ratio of water to pulses when cooking. Typically, it's around 3 cups of water for every 1 cup of pulses.

Cooking Time: Cook the pulses on low to medium heat, allowing them to simmer until tender. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking, and adjust the cooking time based on your desired consistency.

Flavoring: Pulses are versatile and can be flavored with various herbs and spices. Add salt and other seasonings according to your taste preferences.

Storing Cooked Beans: If you have cooked more than needed, store the leftover pulses in the refrigerator in an airtight container. They can be reheated or added to other dishes.
